Dear Guests,

Providing safe and clean environments for our guests and employees has always been a top priority at Navitat. However, in recognition of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are increasing the time spent cleaning our facilities and providing additional protections for our guests and employees.

• Guests should socially distance as much as possible from guests they did not arrive with.
• Guests and staff are required to wear face coverings during check-in, harnessing, and de-harnessing. A face covering should be kept at hand during the adventure for close contact situations.
• Harnesses, helmets, and gloves continue to be extensively cleaned.
• All harnessing and de-harnessing is taking place outside.
• Staff showing illness will be required to remain out of work per CDC guidelines.

We are keeping up to date with any information made available through organizations such as the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Please know that we are following all the best practices from these agencies and local health department officials.

We ask that all guests and employees follow the CDC’s recommendations for stopping the spread of germs, and refrain from coming to Navitat when they are symptomatic of an illness.
