WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING…

Spend a few hours in the tree tops and get a challenging workout (if you try the advanced courses). Navitat is a great outdoor activity for all ages. It combines a ropes course that utilizes climbing safety gear with zip lining course.

There are several levels from beginner to advanced. Each course has obstacles that require you to walk/maneuver across. The course is designed so your are always locked onto a cable system that is very stable. So, you can "fall" and be okay. I've seen small kids to older people doing these courses and it's a lot of fun. If you are strong/tough, you can still find some pretty intense challenges here. I was sweating on their advanced one because it requires a good bit of strength and balance in some places. But, my 11 year old son managed it. So, it's not overly crazy.

Staff are too notch. I've been here about 5 times over the past 2 years and they've always done a thorough initial training and made sure you're comfortable. Also, they have good advice and a positive attitude.

Tips/random things:
1) wear closed top shoes. If you forget, they have some extras.
2) they have water and cups at the center hub that leads to the rope courses.
3) free lockers for your phone, wallet, etc.
4) helmets, gloves, harness/gear is provided.
5) you can reserve a time online or just go to Ijams and do it there. I've done it both ways.
6) If you go a lot, they have a membership and punch pass option.
7) they offer evening times and the course is illuminated with Christmas lights.
8) Ijams has free EV charging if you drive an EV.

Overall: Love it. Glad we have Navitat in Knoxville! Highly recommended.

We are a family of 4 with a 7 and a 9 year old. Weston and his coworkers were above awesome. They were so patient with us and were very thorough and helpful. There are multiple courses, appropriate for any skill level. We all had and amazing time and my girls can't wait to work up the the expert levels.

We wanted to begin our New Year with a little adventure and fun, so we headed over to Ijams to the Navitat Canopy Adventures. We spent 3 hours challenging ourselves on three of the six courses. The staff are amazing and everyone is so very nice and helpful. We did two intermediate courses and then headed to the course that was deemed the most difficult. We all enjoyed it so much and definitely want to return. It would make a super fun Birthday Party for kids or adults! The courses are all extremely safe and yes, the course deemed most difficult certainly was just that!. But what a great feeling to finish it and being able to say that we did!!! It really makes sense to purchase a yearly membership as this is an awesome way to spend an afternoon.

Great organization, great people I was there for support only, but my niece and my brother in law had a great time going around in the trees. Unfortunately very strong winds cut the session somewhat short, but nothing the Navitat team couldn’t do about that. Safety first, They even offered a partial refund (which we declined). Thank you team for a very nice morning in the woods.

One of the best experiences in the greater Knoxville area For both visitors and locals, when I think of a fun outdoor experience that I'm willing to pay for, Navitat would be my top choice. The courses are creative, and anyone can find something challenging to work on. The staff has been friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic both times I have visited. Their technical design of the course is also quite impressive, where safety is placed first (double anti-locking carabiners means you literally can't unclip yourself from the course). Lastly, don't forget to check out the rest of Ijam's while you're there!

Took my boys here and we all had a blast. I climbed for 2 hours and the boys climbed for 2.5 hours. I wish we would've done more cause they have so much more to offer than what I know about.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. You'll definitely want to add Navitat to you're must do's!!
