Yes, group rates are available for groups of 6 or more participants reserving with advance notice and paying in one transaction. Special packages are available for birthday parties, scout groups, and school groups. Other group types can qualify for up to a 20% discount. Navitat operates rain or shine, and guests regularly report that participating in the rain is a BLAST! Navitat continues to operate as long as the weather is not considered threatening.
In the event of severe weather, such as lightning or sustained high winds, Navitat may choose to close or put guests on standby. Advance notice may not be possible. If your pre-booked experience is canceled because of severe weather, Navitat will offer a rain check or a full refund. Should severely weather occur while you are on the course, Navitat may discontinue your experience. Discontinued experiences are offered a full or partial refund based on the amount of time remaining on your ticket.
Spectator and chaperones are welcome to join the group at the course area and will not be included in the count (or need a ticket) unless they choose to climb. Anyone who puts on a harness will be counted. All visitor, whether climbing or not, are required to sign a visitor agreement.
