IMPORTANT POLICIES
NAVITAT AT NIGHT TOURS
Due to the extra-special experience of the night time tours, we require reservations 2 hours before the start of our tours.
Due to the increased risk of operating in the dark, Navitat at Night requires a buddy system: Participants must go on trails in groups of at least two (2).
Navitat at Night employs personal lights affixed to participant harnesses. These lights are safety equipment that must be returned at the end of the adventure.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
Navitat operates rain or shine. Please dress appropriately. Rain jackets and/or pants are great, but loose-fitting ponchos are not permitted.
In inclement or severe weather that Navitat management deems hazardous, we may choose to close or put guests on standby. Advance notice may not be possible.
If your pre-booked experience is canceled because of severe weather, we will offer a rain check or a full refund.
Should severe weather occur while you are on the course, Navitat may choose to discontinue your experience and offer a full or partial refund based on the amount of time remaining on your ticket.
In the event of a full park closure due to inclement weather, we will update our operational status on our website.
Navitat Knoxville allows cancellations and changes to reservations up to 24 hours prior to the tour time. Refunds will not be issued and times may not be changed within 24 hours unless cancellation insurance has been purchased at the time of booking. You must speak with a Navitat Reservations Agent during regular business hours to cancel or reschedule. You can reach us at 855-628-4828.
